The funeral service for Jordan will be held at the St. Edmunds Chapel, West Suffolk Crematorium on Thursday 23rd August 2018 at 10am.
Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Jordan for East Anglian Air Ambulance may also be sent c/o Rosedale Funeral Home, 63 Victoria Road, Diss, Norfolk, IP22 4JE.
Only donations made online will be listed in the Tribute Garden but a comprehensive list of donations made offline are forwarded to the next of kin.
